Kayleen began her transition from healthcare into mortgage lending in 2024, bringing with her nearly eight years of sales and client-service experience. While healthcare was rewarding, she missed the fast-paced, relationship-driven nature of sales and saw an opportunity to build something meaningful in lending. She joined forces with her husband, Tai, who has over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, and quickly found her stride.

Since making the transition, Kayleen has loved every aspect of the lending process — from building genuine connections with clients to providing thoughtful, customized solutions. She is especially passionate about maintaining long-term relationships, believing that trust, communication, and education are the foundation of every successful loan and every successful client experience.

Outside of lending, Kayleen enjoys shopping, health and fitness, traveling, and lunch dates with her closest girlfriends. Her greatest joy, however, is being a proud and present mom — supporting her daughter, Malia (19), a Division I collegiate volleyball player, and cheering on her son, Damon (16), at his track meets.
