Hello, my name is Jacob McCaa, Spanish speaking Loan Officer with Peak Residential Lending, Bakersfield.  The McCaa family has been in the mortgage business for over 30 years here in Bakersfield and I’ve been blessed to be a part of that journey.  I enjoy helping families fulfill their dream of home ownership and making many new friends along the way.  My ultimate goal is to make the homebuying process as easy as possible and to make sure my clients are taken care of each step of the way.  I also enjoy my many Spanish speaking clients and try to make them feel comfortable and looked after, during their journey to home ownership.  I pride myself in finding the best opportunity for each client and making sure their needs are met.  I’m available anytime to discuss any questions you might have in regards to buying, refinancing or just looking for a plan for the future.  Outside of work I enjoy spending my time with my beautiful wife and 3 children and watching them play in their many sporting events.
